You can cancel your order at any time, but it can cost you a lot depending on when it is done. If you want to cancel your order, please contact us at Zebon directly. You can reach us via email, phone, or live chat. In an emergency situation, contacting us via live chat will help us to quickly identify the issue and to handle accordingly. At the time of cancellation by the customer's request, all the processes at the print facility will be stopped and the print facility will calculate the amount of loss accordingly. You will be 100% responsible for all losses incurred in the printing factory due to the cancellation of your order. The amount of the loss can be confirmed on your account after cancelling the order.
If you want to change your order, please contact Zebon directly and describe your desired changes. There are three instances in which you can change
your order, and the change may not be allowed depending on how much the order has advanced or what conditions you want to change.
Change of Specs, Modification of Files
If you would like to change specs before approving for press, there will be a difference in the amount of the order depending on what has changed. It
might also be necessary to modify the file due to the change of specs. Prior to press approval, please review all specs thoroughly, and apply all desired
spec changes if needed, and pay the final order amount afterwards. There is no limit on the number of file revisions, so there is no additional charge for
multiple revisions. However, you will be charged for additional digital proofs if you request those based on revised files.
If a change of specs or modification of is required during the time printing plates are created or printing has started, the current situation will be
aborted and a cost loss will occur. The amount of loss is determined by the print facility, and you must pay the full amount of the loss, so we advise that
you make decisions on file modifications very carefully.
Change of Delivery / Shipping Address
A change to shipping addresses is allowed before an order has shipped out, but cannot be changed if the order has already shipped. For example, in
the case of air shipping, you cannot change the shipping address from the time the order leaves the warehouse to the airport until it arrives at the
final destination. You may change the address after reclining acceptance of the shipment, but would be 100% responsible of additional shipping fees.
In the case of shipping via ocean and/or trucking, it is very difficult to cancel or change the order of one specific customer as many cargoes are mixed
and shipped in one container. In this case, you might have to pay additional shipping costs.
If ocean shipping is used, no change or cancellation is allowed from the moment the order departs to the ship. Particularly in the case of Less than a
Container Load (LCL), Zebon will face a very difficult problem of accepting all liability if the customer's order is taken out of the container. Therefore,
we do not allow a change of shipping if the order has already been packed into a container.
Discarding Printed Material Prior to Delivery
Customers may inevitably want to discard printed materials before shipping is complete. Printed materials are not needed to anyone but the
customer, so there is a cost of disposal and this cost will be charged to the customer.
At Zebon, there are two ways of payment: bank wire transfer and PayPal. If you choose bank transfer and a change of order has been made that
causes an additional balance of up to $1,000, you can either pay via wire transfer or PayPal for this. After placing your order, you can view the bank
account information and payment amount by clicking View Order Details in My Account. If you complete payment and approve the proof, printing will
start. Printing will not start until payment has been made. However, if the shipping method is ocean or trucking, and the shipping amount is to be
determined after the order has been placed, the order will be printed when the payment for the printing amount is completed, excluding the shipping
amount. Whether or not the shipping amount is paid, this will not affect the printing process and the amount will be determined before the
commencement of the shipment and shipment will start once full payment is completed.
You can use either bank transfer or PayPal to pay the extra amount that is incurred when you cancel your order or change your order, or you can pay
with the balance if you have a credit left over with us. If there is an additional charge due to an order change, you must complete the payment before
the change will take effect. If you no longer need it after the change request, you must cancel the change. Failure to cancelation will result in
discontinuation of the process until the payment is completed, and you may not receive printed materials by the anticipated ETA.
With bank transfers, the bank fee of the sending bank is to be carried by the customer, and the bank fee of the receiving bank is to be carried by
Zebon. Please keep the receipt of the wire transfer in case the wire transfer has not been processed properly. Please take a picture of your wire
transfer receipt with your camera, scan it, or save it as a file and send it to Zebon to make sure it is transferred faster and more accurately.
In some cases, we will proceed to press regardless of the status of your bank if we have a copy of the wire transfer receipt on file.
A refund may occur due to a cancelation of an order. The refund amount will be credited towards your account, which you can view at any time in your account and it can be used towards a future order.
If you have a credit, you can use it when placing an order. In the final step of the ordering process, enter the credit you have in the "Use Credit” field,
and the amount will be subtracted from the credit immediately upon completion of the order. You can use your remaining credit for the next order, or
you can request a wire transfer to your bank account or a refund to your PayPal account.
Request of Credit Transfer
You can request a deposit of credit at any time from your pre-registered bank account or PayPal account in your account.
Therefore, please register your bank account or PayPal account before requesting a transfer. If you want to request a deposit of credit, please use the
“Request Credit Transfer” button in the deposit details.
If you request a transfer, the transfer will start within 24 hours during weekdays. If you have requested a transfer to your bank account, it may take
some time for your bank to verify the transfer. In general, your bank will confirm the transfer within 24 hours of initiating the transfer, but it may take
2-3 days depending on your country or region. In case of a wire transfer, Zebon will be responsible of the sender’s fees, but the recipient will be
responsible for the receiving fees. As a result, the actual amount you receive may be lower than the actual amount requested due to commission fees.
If you want to pay by PayPal, Zebon can immediately confirm the transfer resulting in your PayPal account. If you make a payment to your PayPal
account, it will be classified as a business transfer under PayPal policy, and you will be charged a transaction fee of approximately 3.3%. PayPal’s
commission fees will be added to your account regardless of Zebon's policy, so you will be charged the amount you have requested, excluding the
transfer fee. Generally, a bank transfer occurs to a fee for each transfer regardless of the amount of the transfer, but the amount of the wire fee is less
than the transfer fee of PayPal. Therefore, we recommend bank transfer if it is not a small amount.
Unless there is a dispute between the print facility and the customer and there is a possibility of loss, you can request a transfer of credit at any time
without any limit.
Zebon is not liable for any money transfer you have made if the customer has an issue with the bank account and/or PayPal account you provided
when requesting a refund.
If you request a claim for damage, please keep the damaged boxes and the damaged books as is, and present it to the employee of the shipping company that will
pick up the damaged material, or to an employee at Zebon.
It will also be helpful to make faster judgment if you take pictures of the damaged state and send this file along with the number of damaged material over to Zebon.
Since a damage is considered an obvious loss for the customer, you have the right to be compensated for the loss.
